On July 30, 2007, K2 Inc. (“K2”) issued a press release announcing it has reached a settlement in principle of the pending litigation in the Superior Court of the State of California brought by the City of Roseville Employees’ Retirement System relating to the proposed acquisition of K2 by Jarden Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
