Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On September 14, 2006, Computer Software Innovations, Inc. (“CSI”) entered into a letter of intent to acquire the business operations of McAleer Computer Associates, Inc. (“MCAI”), as previously disclosed in a Form 8-K filed September 20, 2006. Pursuant to an agreement dated October 31, 2006 between CSI and MCAI, the time by which a definitive agreement must be executed pursuant to the letter of intent has been extended until November 30, 2006.
