On November 14, 2005, Xerium Technologies, Inc. issued a press release reporting financial results for the third quarter of 2005, ended September 30, 2005, and announcing that Xerium Technologies, Inc. would conduct a conference call on November 14, 2005 to discuss its financial results for such period. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

On November 14, 2005, Xerium Technologies, Inc. issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock payable on December 15, 2005 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2005. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
