ADS Dividend Declaration

 

On 25 May 2004, ScottishPower announced in the Company’s preliminary results, that the dividend for the fourth quarter ended 31 March 2004 was 6.25 pence per ordinary share. The dividend will be payable on 28 June 2004 to shareholders on the register on 4 June 2004.

 

This is to confirm that the dividend rate per American Depositary Share (ADS) is $0.4453. The ADS dividend will be paid on 28 June 2004 to ADS holders of record on 4 June 2004.
