On August 11, 2011, Nephros, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it filed a 510(k) application with the Food and Drug Administration for clearance of its hemodiafiltration system.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
