On November 13, 2007, Organic To Go Food Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s earnings for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.

On November 13, 2007, the Company updated its website with materials in the form of a slideshow presentation (the “Presentation”). A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
