On August 15, 2007, Organic To Go Food Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing the Registrant’s earnings for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
