July
24, 2007, Grand Toys International Limited. issued a press release announcing
the appointment of David C.W. Howell as incoming Chief Financial Officer to
take
over the position from David Fremed at the expiration of his contract in August.
Mr. Howell will also join the Board of the Company. A copy of the press
release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated
herein by reference.
