Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 14, 2005, the Registrant announced that it has signed Komet Satelital as its latest channel partner. Komet Satelital, based in Monterrey, Mexico, is part of the Grupo Komet Ingenieria y Servicios group of companies. Komet offers satellite technology and services for mobile users monitoring specialized equipment in remote locations in Mexico, US and Canada.

Also on April 14, 2005, the Registrant announced that it has launched a cargo security pilot in Mexico.
