CURRENT REPORT ON FORM 8-K
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 8, 2008, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, First National Community Bank, received notices from the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, respectively, that Louis A. DeNaples is suspended from office and is prohibited from participation in the affairs of the company and the bank. As previously reported in a current report on Form 8-K dated February 6, 2008, Mr. DeNaples was on a leave of absence from the company and bank when the notices were received.
