On January 15, 2015, Jerome T. Carollo notified eMagin Corporation (the “Company”) that he is resigning as Senior Vice President of Business Development effective as of January 16, 2015. There was no disagreement or dispute between Mr. Carollo and the Company which led to his resignation.
